Wilderness First Aid course
At OCA skills week 2002

So, I'm working at Camp Temagami this summer as an assistant guide, and they wanted me to take this first aid course. It was really interesting, and we got to do some simulations with makeup and fake blood. Also part of the course was hands on instruction in the proper administration of the injectable epinephrine. We got to inject each other with saline solution... pretty fun. Two of us had a bit of blood after the needle... I was one of the (see below for a picture of that). Anyway, now I'm certified in Wilderness First Aid.
